With the continuous development of the social market economy, the rapid rise ofthe private economy becomes an important part in social market economy, playing animportant role in national economic development, especially in the economicdevelopment process of transition across Shanxi, only we invigorate the privateeconomy as well as release of vitality of the market can we get rid of the heavy relianceon coal resources to achieve economic reconstruction and development. The quality ofprivate entrepreneurs such as managers in private enterprises determines the survivaland development of private enterprises, but the attention we paid in privateentrepreneurs to foster social issue is not enough, particularly in the province of moretraditional economic environment, the quality of private entrepreneurs more modernentrepreneur qualities there is a gap. Therefore, it is essential to have an investigationand analysis of private entrepreneurs in Shanxi cultivate situation and make suggestionsfor the development of private enterprises in Shanxi, which will have a greatsignificance for quality training, development of private enterprises.In this paper, starting with entrepreneurs, private entrepreneurs, privateentrepreneurs’ quality, the author gradually expands in-depth analysis of the qualitycultivation. It is clearly defined on the basis of relevant concepts to describe the currentstatus and development of private enterprises and private entrepreneurs’ qualitiesthrough questionnaires and case studies.
