With the development of the times,2the competition among enterprises increasingly fierce. The internal control system is reasonable, effective and can help enterprises to prevent fraud, improve work efficiency, the management of enterprises can be orderly execution, but also help to better achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises. The monetary fund can be said to be the enterprise operation of the blood, its itself has the characteristics of high risk, liquidity, low safety, is to control the highest risk assets, so the internal control of Monetary Fund has become the priority among priorities of enterprise internal control activities.Referring to the existing research results of domestic and foreign currency funds internal control in the study, to management effectiveness theory and complex theory of humanity hypothesis as the theoretical foundation, introduced the meaning, the internal control of monetary funds and the significance of the monetary fund internal control factors, and analyzes the currency funds internal control objectives and principles. On this basis, conducts the research to the system of internal control in C company of monetary funds, to understand its organization structure, internal control process, and from the monetary fund internal control business process three stages namely monetary fund plan and allocation stage monetary funds payment stage, monetary fund inventory stages to comb C company internal control system of capital, to find loopholes and shortcomings of the existing system of internal control of the monetary funds, according to the shortcomings of the three stage one by one optimization, design the flow chart of the business plan and allocation of monetary funds, currency funds management stage, the stage of monetary income fund payment management stage and monetary fund inventory management stage after improvement, and puts forward the feasible optimization measures. Finally, aiming at the security mechanism of the operation of internal control of monetary fund is discussed, and puts forward five suggestions:pay attention to learning and innovation, strengthen personnel management, strengthen supervision and management, strengthen the management of financial internal control risk importance and establish and improve performance evaluation mechanism.
