Evaluation Research On The Asset Appraisal Quality Based Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

The problem of the asset appraisal quality is noticed by people.one reason for that phenomenon is the evaluation method lack of conviction,and the other reason is the asset appraisal quality lack of standards.so,I want to find a convincing method to evaluate the asset appraisal quality.In this method,evaluation will have a clear standard.it will be a good way to promote the healthy development of the asset appraisal industry.If we want to find a method to solve some problems, we must know the problem first. The assets appraisal is a very complex subject, it born too late to built a perfect subject system, so i pay more attention to practice. I think the asset appraisal quality evaluation is a project management behavior, so it can be a kind of post project evaluation. Then we can those some post project evaluation methods like Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to Evaluate the asset appraisal quality. Finally, through the actual case to further how to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and verify that the method is feasible.Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation is constructed by Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model. In practice, we establish the first layer of factor set first,U={u1u2.....un}.According to the influencing factors of the first layer sets, build the second level set construction. And then construct the evaluation set V. V={best, good, general, poor, worst}.Then we have fuzzy matrix R.(U, V, R)is a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model. Then calculate the weight set A. With fuzzy operator max-min, we can get the comprehensive evaluation of B=A°R.
