The Empirical Analysis Of The Interstate Circultion Of RMB Between Yunnan Rovince And Vietnam’s Boder Trade

With the development of China’s economic power and comprehensive national strength, China’s international status has been increased significantly. The influence of the Chinese economy makes the international community pay more and more attention to the trend of the RMB, and so many scholars start to study the internationalisation of the RMB. And we know RMB’s internationalisation’s foundation is the interstate circulation of the RMB. From china’s current situation, although the GDP is increasing, the export market share is expansioning, the stability of the value of the RMB have created good conditions for the Interstate circulation of the RMB. But the internationalisation of the RMB can not be achieved suddenly, at present, realizing the interstate circulation of RMB in the surrounding countries and regions firstly, and then expanding the scope gradually, finally making the internationalisation of the RMB come true.Vietnam and China’s advantageous geographical relation, making the economic relationship between the two countries unique. With the development of the two countries’ economy, foreign trade is playing an important role, and we must focus that the interstate circulation of RMB become to more than95%of border trade. So, it’s worth to study the relationship between the border trade directly with the Interstate circulation of the RMB. Therefore, this article selects the Vietnam border trade between Yunnan and situation, to deeply analyzes the Interstate circulation of the RMB, and demonstrate the Sino-Vietnamese border trade and the specific relationship between the Interstate circulation of the RMB. In this article, I use the method of qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. And take the border trade and RMB as the breakthrough point, from the border trade scale, form and other aspects are discussed, from the Yuan’s current scale and RMB in Vietnam has been analyzed the circulation of the status quo. And based on the data between Yunnan province and Vietnam border trade in nearly20years, to analyze the relationship between them, the border trade and the RMB is obtained directly has the long-term equilibrium between settlement and mutual granger causality. This article tells that if we want to achieve the interstate circulation of RMB, the border trade makes a big difference. So promoting the development of border trade, will make the interstate circulation of RMB to be another height, so as to achieve the goal of the internationalization of RMB at last.
