ABSTRACT:Under the trend of globalization, Chinese companies would inevitably go after the wider market outside the China. Certainly Chinese airlines would not miss out this chance. Some of the airlines own large proportion in Chinese air transportation market. However, in the global market, they have to face lots of challenges and competitive force shortage exposed. According to the media, Chinese airlines only get42%volume of passenger transport between China and rest of world in the last year, and this ratio still falls over years.Hence, this article integrates situations from three aspects to propose reasonable international marketing strategy for Chinese airlines:international tariff publishing, international tickets sales, and e-commercial product analysis. Firstly, the article presents international tariff structure in details with author abundant working experience and knowledge in this field. Secondly, based on current condition, I offer improvement suggestions to the question specific in international tariff publishing in Chinese market. Furthermore, considering internal and external environment of China eastern airline, this article adopt both qualitative and quantitative research methods, systematic analyze the sales shortcomings remained in China eastern airline e-commercial area. At last, after studying major B2C international ticket shopping products in e-commercial channel, this report dissects functional defect of the products, provides instructive suggestions for future construction in e-commercial sales platform. Hopefully, the report may help and support the future development of Chinese airlines, especially gives inspiration and reference in international ticket sales.
