Any enterprise has a developmental process which can be generated as growing from small and weak to large and strong,from a small single product or service to a complex produce or service. In the developmental process, the life cycle stages directly affects its choice of the competitive strategy and organizational structure.However, competitive strategy is not only a passive acceptance when the internal and external environment change but also can make adjustment, Managers can use active marketing changes to improve the life cycle process of enterprise.The MIDEA is such a typical! Its history is a microcosm of the development of private enterprises while thirty years history of China’s reform and opening up had gone!it is in different life cycle chosen different marketing reform has provided the very good teaching case of domestic enterprises not less.
