It was pointed that we were in an inconsistent changing times, and the changes may have been unexpected by Charles Handy in The era of Irrational. This discontinuous change requires us to consider the issue with discontinuous reversed thinking. In simple words, we should dare to doubt, to break stereotypes, and to consider the issue by non-normal ways. Driven by global competition, information age, the market economy system transition and industrial restructuring, Chinese enterprises have to face the increasingly complex, highly uncertain environment. Since the open-door reform policy was implemented in China, all kinds of Chinese enterprises have been involved in the tide of continuous change. All these result in the change of corporate strategy, organization structure, competitive strategy, management model, and even corporate culture. With the deepening of the trend changes, more and more enterprises are expected to realize new growth by organizational change.The paper is divided into four parts altogether besides preface and conclusion. The first part has briefly reviewed the development course of enterprise life cycle theory and at the same time, concept, reason, types, basic structure and the influence factors of corporate organizational change, and the relation between the business performance. Furthermore, the study of corporate organizational change ability based on enterprise life cycle is proposed from the further analysis on the influence factors. The second part analyses the relationship between enterprise life cycle and corporate organizational change systematically through enterprise. The third part describes the factors which affect organizational change ability respectively from power and resistance, and sums up the most important factor which affects the organization change ability is the organization itself. The fourth part, according to above analysis, establishes the ability of index system of people-oriented to measure organizational change ability. Then evaluates by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation assessment to help enterprises to make the current situation of its own corporate organizational change ability clear, constantly strengthen and increase enterprise sustainable development ability.The paper absorbs the existing research results extensively, is based on relevant theories of management, organizational behavior, psychology, synthetically uses such theories as operations research, etc., adopting fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Hope to reveal the relationship between enterprise organizational change and enterprise life cycle, announce the relation between the corporate culture and achieve good business performance, extended enterprise life.
