Research On Development Of Panjin Green Vegetable Industry From The Perspective Of Industrial Cluster Theory

As the primary industry, agriculture provides the foundation product to support the construction and development of the national economy. Nowadays, agricultural development depends not only on the agricultural planting, breeding, namely the basic product supply, agriculture development must be closely connected to the food industry and distribution services. Green vegetables engineering is covered above each industry, has become the most distinctive feature of the agricultural industry development target groups.The rational way of agriculture development is to enhance the part based on the agricultural industry cluster competitiveness, so as to enhance the comprehensive strength, and reach the goal requires careful analysis of public policy, the factors of production, industry, enterprise structure, demand conditions, market opportunities and a series of factors or variables, a detailed analysis and test of all kinds with the scientific method of analysis, draw accurate conclusions. This analysis method was more close to the industrialized agriculture, and this requires the use of Management Science in the industrial cluster theory and the model of reasoning and analysis. Through inference and analysis the formation mechanism and rules to guide practice, this also will be for the industrial cluster theory and the object of study in the combination of innovation on the icing on the cake.In the industrial cluster theory, Michael Potter’s "Diamond System" is the representative of the new economic geography theory, an important theory in recent years is applied to projects in developing countries and area studies. The diamond system emphasizes whether specific industries of a country is competitive, mainly by the factor conditions, related and supporting industries, demand conditions, firm strategy, structure and competition of four factors as the main opportunities and government two additional factors obtained.Based on the "Diamond System" as a framework, in Panjin green vegetable project as an example, through field visits to the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis combined analysis of green vegetables, find the project practice problems and deep reasons, and then tries to propose the solution.
