In the Economic activities, the tourism industry is the most dynamic and strong industry. It puts forward the new direction and new proposition for urbanization. By the way, the town affects the tourism industry. It is the cohesion and centripetal force for the tourism industry. Therefore, the researches on the interactive development of the tourism and the urbanization are becoming more and more abundant.Xiaoyi city is a national city, and the Shanxi Province has only one. Before 2013, It was a resource exhausted city. Since 2013, it has successful been a regeneration city. Before, It depends on the industrial.
