In view of the improvement of domestic economic level and the perfection of vacation system,residents’ tourism demand is gradually changing from sightseeing to leisure.Lake tourism,as one of the forms of leisure and vacation products,is liked by tourists.At present,the development of related tourism products in China is still in the initial stage,and the development of rural lake tourism products is slightly inferior to that of the general rural tourism products.In this paper,Yancheng Dazong Lake Scenic Spot is taken as the survey object.By field investigation,interviews with professionals and case analysis,the development conditions,status quo and existing problems of tourism products in Yancheng Dazong Lake Scenic Spot are sorted out and the following problems are found in the development of tourism products in Yancheng Dazong Lake Scenic Spot: Low integration efficiency with surrounding tourism resources,backward publicity and marketing,narrow market channels,incomplete reception facilities,low management and operation level,poor service level;Through the questionnaire survey,it is concluded that the time of tourists staying in Dazong Lake scenic spot is short,and the re-purchase rate of tourists to Dazong Lake tourism products is lowly.The leading causes are as follows: operators lack overall planning ideas in tourism product development,local governments have little investment in infrastructure of scenic spots,poor traffic accessibility,difficulties in recruiting special talents,and outdated management ideas of managers.In view of the related problems of lake tourism products in Yancheng Dazong Lake Scenic Area,in the later development,we need to strengthen the leadership of the government and create characteristic products: first,strengthen the overall planning of government decision-making;Secondly,joint surrounding to create characteristic products.Improve the spatial and temporal layout of tourism products:use the scenic spot night tour to help the time layout of tourism products;make use of red cultural genes to help the spatial layout of tourism products.Optimize the structure of the source market: on the basis of the three-level classification of the market,forecast the positioning of the future demand of the source market,and finally optimize the relevant structure to increase the development of Anhui,Zhejiang and Shanghai markets.Speed up the construction of tourism channels,in view of the scenic area to improve the urban traffic and scenic area connection but also add suburban bus lines.In conclusion,the product development of Yancheng Dazong Lake Scenic Spot should pay attention to its own characteristics,make good use of the advantages of surrounding and lake resources,and product development must take the road of sustainability.
