The new institutional economics is one of the mainstream economics in the 20 th century. Since the 1960 s, the most striking thing of the re-emergence and development of the economics is analysis of the new Institutional economics. The main representatives such as Coase and North won the Nobel Prize in economics in 1991 and 1993 in turn, the new institutional economics has been acquired more and more attention. Neoinstitutionalists have superior insight, rich and profound thinking on economic justice and the unique characteristics of comprehensive and detailed discussion, the main theory contains a wealth of economic justice thought.The Economic Justice Thought of the New Institutional Economics is inherited to spread privatization, liberalization basis characterized by liberal economic theory, conform to the ideological and theoretical and policy objectives of modern capitalism and the economic theory of development requirements.
