Research On China’s Private Enterprises Management System In The Perspective Of Economic Justice

There are different state-system in different countries, but one is common in value concept, it is justice. One society with farness and justice is the result of people’s way to freedom, and the whole history leading us to face basic principles and value-standards, which is of eternal meaningful. Our society is filled with justice by all side, and economic justice is the main one to justice, in general. And it can be seen in every sphere, from the regulation on social behave to its function over social system. Economic justice is a historical one, just as the great Aegean sea civilization, for instance. Plato defined justice by the point of behave manners---character oriented personal duty; and Aristotle did regard it as legal and equal.Rawls did think that, justice is to abide by equality and difference. Productivity’s core position is erected in history by Marx, started by individuals, he thought that, justice is limited by producing mode. His point is historical and classical.Economic justice is the soul and value foundation to enterprises, and it can provide erect direction. Basic dimension of economic relationship for one enterprises is the paradox of justice and efficiency, and it is intelligent-management that make the paradox in a stable arrangement. Economy requires consistence between productivity standard and justice requirements, pursuing for a harmonious state to humans and nature. The realization of distribution justice requires the unification of its arrangement and development speed, the unification of farness and economic benefit, dealing well the paradox of justice and efficiency in market economy. One is sure, some of the individually-run enterprises have got great achievements. But for the short-comings, these usually leading to them to a short life time. If we ask why, the reasons can be concluded into the followings: arbitrary decision, unbalance in distribution, benefit-unilateral. Entrepreneurs have realized the importance of system justice,erected system in the core position. Nowadays, they are making justice from a superficial oneto a realistic one by absorbing experience from interior and exterior. Viewpoint on Practice,dialectic and history, all calling for system justice in enterprise, corresponding duties in environment, state, consumers, and its own workers. It all means humans’ pursue in justice.The thesis also did ethical considerations in the starting point, value goal, realistic requirements. system should be based on enterprise ethics and justice, to realize rational economic activities.It is justice that make us fill with best wishes when we are facing difficulties, and adopting to a better life direction. Justice is the sweet heaven for us all, the god for freedom.
