Economic justice is a cross-subject problem, it is involved in philosophy, economics, ethnics, and so on. Many scholars, philosophers, politicians and social actors now and past all over the world have been discussing this problem.With the socialism market economy advancing step by step and with the incessant improvement of the human-being's material living standard, however, the gap between the poor and the rich is greater and greater, then, the economic justice increasingly becomes one of the focus that people care for. Our society is just during a rapid period with which can be a gold time for the economy increase and also can be a high contradiction phase. Now, we are in the important period of constructing socialism market economy, whether or not can we establish a just market system is the factor whether can we make a good socialism market economy. The realization of economic justice is a necessary requirement for the constructing a healthy socialism market economy. The realization of economic justice has a significant effect on social stability and economical developmentNowadays our country remains in the socialism elementary phase, there are many factors leading to economic unjustice. In the process of realizing socialism market economy, including the historical reason and the reason of the system itself, so, we must take effective methods to settle these problems. I think we should do this through the following three aspects: the system construction,the moral construction and the cultural construction. Only do this can we realize economic justice, advance health progress of socialism market economy.
