Research Of Corporate Ecological Management Approaches

As the construction of ecological civilization is raised to a level as high as that of economic development, and ecological protection is taken as the bottom line in the development of economy, the supervision on environmental protection legislation and law enforcement has been strengthened in China. All these deeply affect the transition of China’s economic development mode, and also show that Chinese ecological civilization construction has entered into a new period. Enterprise, as the subject of market economy, has a great responsibility for environmental protection and sustainable development, and has to make ecological improvement and optimization choices on the management concept and operation approach.Company A is one of the main suppliers of vitamin products in China. In recent years, Company A highlights the implementation of ecological management, pays attention to ecological strategic management and strengthens the research and exploration of ecological management. The company insists on the ecological management of human resource and gets great achievements. Although Company A makes progress in ecological management, it is faced with the increasing environmental protection pressure and arduous task on energy saving and emission reduction.The thesis conducts a research and discussion on ecological management setting Company A as an example by the research methods of ecology and systematics. It discusses the status of ecological management of A Company, and determines that A Company has achieved certain success in ecological management while there are existing problems and shortcomings. Conclusions are as follows: 1. A Company should play the role of corporate culture in the ecological management; 2. certain system is necessary to ensure the effective implementation of cleaner production; 3. itis needed to broaden the sources of ecological management fund; 4. it is needed to establish ecological management system construction mechanism; 5. circular economy construction should be conducted in the industrial park.Compared with former research achievements, the thesis has some innovations:firstly, it refines the ecological management into three parts: production, strategy and human resource ecological management and applies the theory into the case study on Company A; secondly, studying on the problems of Company A in ecological management, the thesis comes up with countermeasures and solutions.Paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, including the purpose, procedures and methods of the research; the second part is the analysis of the current situation of ecological management in China and the development history of ecological management on abroad; the third part is composed of the basic information of Company A, the extrinsic and internal motivation factors of the implementation of ecological management and the detailed analysis of current situation of ecological management; the fourth part is the summary of disadvantages and shortcomings of Company A in ecological management, which lays foundation for the proposal of solutions; the fifth party introduces the strategies that the company should adopt to settle the problems; the sixth part is the conclusion, including the summary and expectation.The thesis wants to help companies overcome the obstruction and difficulties in ecological management and enhance their sound development by perfecting the ecological management approaches. I hope to offer references for the chemical industry.
