Analysis On Cleaner Production Level And Ecological Efficiency Of Printed Circuit Board Enterprise

The development of today’s society of industry should not be measured only by pure economic indicator, but also the social and environmental impact of its produced. With the vigorous development of the printed circuit board (PCB) industry in China, the contradiction between the PCB industry of high pollution characteristics and environmental protection is prominent gradually. How to coordinate the PCB enterprises economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits of common development is current hot issue. In view of our PCB enterprises don’t have the intuitive way to characterize its current status and its negative impact on the environment, this article establishes the cleaner production evaluation model and ecological efficiency evaluation model of PCB enterprises, evaluates the PCB enterprises environmental impacts from all aspects, provides a more detailed basis for the development of the PCB industry on the comprehensive measure.This article regards the PCB industry as the research object, by means of cleaner production and ecological efficiency, analyzes and evaluates the environmental impact of PCB enterprises. This article studies the PCB enterprises production process, pollution links and the connotation of the cleaner production and ecological efficiency, establishes a combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation index system of cleaner production and with resources, energy and pollutant emission index for the characterization of ecological efficiency evaluation model. This article draws following conclusions by analysis and comparison, using the above methods to evaluate some PCB enterprises in Jiangsu province from different angles and levels.(1)Through the analysis and research of PCB enterprises product process, the main pollutants, pollution links.China’s printed circuit board enterprise universal get a existence in situation of resource consumption and environmental pollution. It is necessary to do the investigation and evaluation environmental status quo of PCB enterprises, response to the development of circular economy policies.(2)Using analytic hierarchy process and the expert scoring method, establish the cleaner production evaluation index system of the PCB enterprise. PCB enterprises in Jiangsu area have the same cleaner production level. This level main limiting factor is the industrial water reuse rate and unit discharge pollutants in waste water, etc.(3) Based on the basic concept of ecological efficiency, with the aid of industrial metabolism analysis, the method of PCB enterprises ecological efficiency model was constructed. Too much water resources consumption and low efficiency reclaimed water impact current PCB enterprises ecological efficiency.The pollution of the environment problem of the PCB enterprise should be paid more attention:To understand the current domestic production and environment of PCB enterprises, reduce the possibility of pollutants at source, control of pollutants in the production process, reduce the governance cost at the end;To choose nonpolluting or less pollution raw materials and fuel, before and during the production process eliminate pollutants as much as possible. In order to improve the level of cleaner production and the eco efficiency of PCB business and provide certain scientific basis, make a contribution to reduce the negative impact on the environment of PCB.
