They help to build enterprise work-flows and critical business information services. Small IT companies provide daily operation for other ones, which have become the main operating content of them.A lot of small and micro enterprises do not prepare business plan, in order to effectively implement the business strategy, it is necessary to explore the characteristics and adaptability of small and micro enterprise development strategies from the perspective of strategic management practices, and the preparation and execution of business plans. It is an important guarantee for the implementation of corporate strategy.In this paper, service-oriented small and micro IT enterprise is the research object. This paper tries to study the enterprises’ corporate strategy and business plan, making a detailed analysis, business strategy, and plan for a specific type of service-oriented small and micro enterprises, taking W as an example.In this paper, applying investigation analysis, empirical analysis and other methods to analyze the practice of abstract status quo of small and micro IT service companies. AS per corporate strategy development, we use the classic strategic management tools such as PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, five-force model to analyze its internal and external environment to match the business one in order to develop business strategy. In terms of the business plan, we use ADP model, from the consumer’s attitude(A), channel / terminal factor(D), the price factor(P) in those three areas to conduct research and develop in order to improve the three elements of the annual business plan.With the help of internal and external research and analysis of ADP three elements, companies can get a full range of management information from the business environment, providing data support for the development of measurable corporate strategy, business policy and plan. In this paper, a very comprehensive survey taking W company as an example will be conducted from analyzing corporate strategies and drawing annual business plans.Through the investigation and analysis with W company and corporate strategy and business plan, we propose key points for small and micro IT enterprise development strategy and business plan, namely: the strategic aspects of businessagainst competitors from the Internet, to implement different strategies; for local competitors, you need to go ahead the cost leadership strategy. In the development of management plans, you need to analyze the company nearly three years of operating conditions in order to obtain planning on the basis of internal data; conduct research according to ADP model, determine the company’s operating performance by ADP three values; make develop annual goals to achieve the annual target specific project approval; especially you need to focus on monthly performance assessment methods for tracking and controlling the business plan. |
