| Ecological civilization is a new form of civilization behind agricultural civilization, industrial civilization,and the construction of ecological civilization is relating to human survival and development. The party’s 18 report included the construction of ecological civilization in " five- in-one" overall layout of socialism with C hinese characteristics. The Thirteenth seven plenary(enlarged) meeting of Jiangxi Province has clearly adhere to build an ecological province, and strive to build a national demonstration ecological province in C hina. Therefore, the construction of ecological civilization has become the consensus of the whole nation, the community are exploring how to build an ecological civilization.Based on the analysis of eco logical civilization construction index system at home and abroad and combined the actual situation in Jiangxi Province, the article build index system of ecological civilization construction evaluation in Jiangxi Province from the ecological economic, eco logical environmental, ecological society ecological cultural and ecological system five aspects. We empirically research the ecological civilization construction level in Jiangxi Province and 11 prefecture-level city by using principal component analysis, AHP, TOPSIS method based on entropy method and the exponential model of ecological civilization. Then we found that: ①2008-2013, Jiangxi ecological civilization index was increasing and then decreasing and then increasing again, and the ecological civilization index near two years were at the highest level in history. Among them, Nanchang, Pingxiang, Xinyu had the highest index of ecological civilization. Yingtan C ity, the lowest. Vertical perspective, 2008-2013, the ecological civilization index in most prefecture- level citeies of Jiangxi Province had increased greatly, it indicated that, in general, the construction of ecological civilization or prefectural- level city had made great achievements. ②2008-2013, the relative closeness degree of ecological civilization indices were very close between 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi. Nanchang, Jiujiang and Pingxiang were at the highest level of ecological civilization. Fuzhou C ity, was at the lowest level of ecological civilization. Vertical perspective, 2008-2013, the relative closeness degree of ecological civilization indices in Jiangxi has increased greatly.③Contrasted the level of ecological civilization that evaluated by the relative closeness degree of ecological civilization indices and ecological civilization,we found that in general, 2008-2013,,Nanchang, Jiujiang, Xinyu and Pingxiang had the highest level of ecological civilization construction,but Yuchun and Ji’an,were at the highest level.Based on the results so the above analysis, We put forward some suggestions from the following aspects: ①We must change the mode of economic development, adhere to green economic growth model and develop the eco-economy;②We must adjust energy consumption structure, accelerate the construction of ecological environment in Jiangxi;③The construction of ecological civilization should to be "people-oriented" and in order to build ecological civilization society, we must seek benefit to people;④We should strengthen ecological education and crate ecological culture;⑤We must improve the system of ecological civilization construction in our province. |
