The External Influence On The Equipment Manufacturing Industry Of Integrated Innovation Of Technology Acquisition

Equipment manufacturing industry is the important industry in our country, it provide national defense construction and national economy each domain technology and equipment, is the backbone of the rapid economic development in our country, thus accelerate the equipment manufacturing industry upgrade of industrial structure is the key to enhance the capacity of technology innovation in our country. With the development of world economic integration and the subtle changes of competition, competitive advantage began to slowly to those who are good at choosing technology and integrate enterprise, and the source of technology diversification for equipment manufacturing enterprises to select the outside technology provides many advantages. Compared with the internal research and development, equipment manufacturing enterprise use of external technology acquisition, does not need to have very strong research and development capabilities, and as far as possible to avoid the long development cycle and risk of research and development, so the external technology increasingly brought to the attention of the equipment manufacturing enterprises, external technology is gradually become effective complement of the internal research and development. Blindly through the external and the introduction of technology acquisition, however, does not change the present situation of our assembly enterprise technology innovation ability is low, most of the equipment manufacturing enterprise in 2007-2013 technology introduction and digestion rate is still lower than a 1-0. 5, with Europe and the United States, Japan, South Korea and other developed countries gap is obvious. Therefore, how to effectively improve assembly enterprise knowledge integration capability, equipment manufacturing enterprises more effectively to absorb the external technology, so as to improve the integrated innovation of equipment manufacturing industry has become China’s equipment manufacturing enterprises have to face a common problem.This article can be broadly divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, this section will simple introduce the research background and research significance of this thesis, and defining the related concepts. The second part is the literature review, the integrated innovation of technology acquisition, external review evaluation and knowledge integration. The third part is the integrated innovation of external technology acquisition research, first of all, the choice of the process of integrated innovation five important way of external technology acquisition are studied, including suppliers, users, peer enterprises, universities and research institutes, research and development services company and analyze the way in to analyze the effects of integrated innovation, and also expounds the knowledge integration capability in external to the integrated innovation of technology acquisition intermediary role. The fourth part is the external influence on integrated innovation of technology acquisition, this paper mainly from the width and depth of technology acquisition of external research to the two dimensions research of external technology acquisition respectively the influence of the width and depth of integrated innovation performance, and through the empirical analysis to explore the knowledge integration capability in the intermediary effect. The last part is the conclusions and recommendations of this article, this section will point out the deficiency of this article and the direction of further research.The results show that external technology can obtain directly improve the equipment manufacturing industry of integrated innovation performance, and the equipment manufacturing enterprise knowledge integration capability between external technology acquisition and integration of technology innovation play a role of the middle part, means that external technology acquisition can promote the growth of assembly knowledge integration capability, so as to further promote the integrated innovation performance.
