Company strategy is the direction of development, the company in order to maintain the core competitiveness and sustainable development and global on the company’s development planning and strategy. The power company’s sustained and healthy development is inseparable from the development of the right strategic planning. ZGHN group Hunan branch company is a state-owned power company, along with the reform of power industry system, facing the more competitive market environment, how to grasp the opportunities for development, power industry reform system effectively, enhance the company’s core competitiveness, improve the company’s market share. With China’s rapid economic and social development, the electricity system reform unceasingly thorough, the ZGHN group company Hunan branch in order to adapt to the system reform of power industry market, meet the users of Hunan’s electricity demand, improve the operation efficiency of company, to promote stable and rapid economic development in Hunan. In this context, ZGHN Group Corporation Hunan branch is necessary to optimize the company’s development strategy, and to ensure that the company’s development strategy can implement smoothly.In this paper, "258" enterprise growth theory as the theoretical basis of Hunan Branch ZGHN company strategy optimization issues in-depth study.
