In recent years,China's military civilian integration industry has entered a new stage of development under the effective guidance of national policies.It is mainly reflected in:on the one hand,private enterprises are active in the military civilian integration market,effectively stimulating the market potential;on the other hand,under the pressure of market competition,traditional military enterprises are constantly developing strategies,seeking transformation and upgrading,and accelerating the pace of military civilian integration.At the same time,with the enthusiasm of team entrepreneurship in recent years,more and more people are involved in the tide of innovation and entrepreneurship,and entrepreneurial companies are springing up.Generally speaking,the large-scale emergence of start-up companies can stimulate market vitality and promote economic development.However,due to the limited strength of start-ups,it is difficult to resolve market risks,Therefore,start-ups should establish scientific and reasonable strategies to maintain the long-term and stable development of start-ups.According to the law of enterprise development,different enterprises will go through the stages of start-up,growth,maturity and recession.In different stages of enterprise development,the development status and presentation characteristics of enterprises are different,and the problems that need to be solved are also different.As one of the civil military integration enterprises,company a has the typical characteristics of start-up enterprises.Then,how can company a survive in the complex and changeable market environment,and formulate and implement scientific and reasonable development strategies through market judgment,and finally achieve enterprise development?These are the problems that any start-up must face.Based on this,this paper,by referring to the theoretical research results of strategic choice of domestic and foreign related enterprises,expounds the relevant concept theories of start-up enterprises and strategic choice,and through field research on company a,makes a deep and detailed analysis on the financial,organizational,marketing and other aspects of company a in the initial stage.Then,the specific problems of company a in the initial stage and the strategic optimization path.This paper holds that the development of start-ups is closely related to their strategies.In the aspect of enterprise development,company a in the initial stage has the problems of single customer,lack of strategic planning,inadequate financial supervision,centralized financial management and nonstandard financial process in the aspect of financial management,neglect of team management,lack of cohesion,unclear team objectives and nonstandard team authorization management in the aspect of human resource management,The reasons for such problems mainly include strategic formulation,financial management and organizational structure.Specifically,they are mainly reflected in the unreasonable formulation of marketing strategy,inadequate financial control and organizational structure.These problems are important factors for start-ups to get rid of development difficulties and realize enterprise development.Combined with the theory of enterprise strategic choice,this paper believes that it is necessary to improve strategic management,financial management and human resource management.The first is to formulate a diversified enterprise development strategy,including broadening the market channels,extending the industrial chain and improving the technological innovation ability.Second,improve financial management,including the establishment of a sound internal control system,the establishment of a sound financial management system,strengthen financial risk management.The third is to improve human resource management,including the change of founders' ideas,the shaping of corporate culture,the formulation of team development goals,and the appropriate decentralization of team management.This paper hopes to provide some reference and reference for a large number of entrepreneurs in the entrepreneurial stage in the enterprise management.
