The highway passenger transportation enterprise faces the challenge and the opportunity in the development process. On the one hand, the passenger transport enterprises are facing the market demand with economic growth, people’s income level continuously improve and rapid development, at the sametime the road traffic conditions continue to improve also the brought development opportunities. On the other hand, with the intensity of competitionin the market continue to improve, extrusion of the rise of the rapid development of high-speed rail, airline ticket price of civilians, urban light rail,traditional railway transportation mode, resulting in road transport enterprises, the market share occupied, it has also become the dilemma facing the development of the highway transportation enterprise. How to get rid of the real dilemma and seize the opportunity of the market, the core is the human resource advantage play. Passenger transport industry has a high monopoly, which can easily lead to the lack of energy and the competition is not strong. Highway passenger transportation enterprises are in the seller’s market for a long time, so there are still many problems in service and efficiency.. The main reason is human resources management. In the current enterprise 80 knowledge workers has become an important structure. Post-80’s knowledge worker due to the unique growth environment, character and background knowledge, leading to its and other employees compared with certain particularity, which also requires enterprises to adopt different from previous incentive mechanism of Post-80’s knowledge worker incentive.In this paper, using questionnaire survey to investigate the H company of Post-80’s knowledge worker, mainly investigate the problem of H company of Post-80’s knowledge worker by means of incentive and the respondents to the enterprise use incentive mode of satisfaction, statistical analysis, found the specific problems and the anatomy of the cause, then, in view of the problems and put forward the improvement of Post-80’s knowledge worker incentive measures.This paper sums up the main problems of H company of Post-80’s knowledge worker incentive exists on the basis of investigation and study, compensation goal and orientation is not clear, the salary system is not scientific enough, the employees’ personal growth and development lack of career planning, internal promotion system lack of fairness. In combining with the actual situation of H company, analyses the causes of the proposed some countermeasures as follows: holds moderate, focus, fair principle, establish reasonable and effective salary and welfare system and design throughout the career training programs, building a people-oriented corporate culture, perfect promotion system and paying attention to the vision of incentives, targeted to provide diversified incentive menu. And do safeguard measures, the establishment of the special leading group, implementation of Post-80’s knowledge worker oriented management; perfect the combination of other various management systems and diversified incentive system; in the process of career planning to strengthen demand guide; to create H company "youth culture." Enhance the enthusiasm of the staff so as to enhance the enterprise competitiveness. Hope that through this article can provide some help to H company and the industry related enterprise to improve the 80 knowledge workers incentive.
