With the continuous development of the global economy,the competition between enterprises has gradually changed into the competition of talents within the enterprise.Therefore,the enterprises have paid more and more attention to the talents.In recent years,although the enterprise attaches great importance to the talent,but also pays much attention to the introduction of talents,there are certain loopholes and deficiencies in the incentive measures and management methods of talents,especially in the high-tech industry.In these so-called high-tech enterprises,the incentive for knowledge talents has not played a good role,and the phenomenon of loss is very common.Therefore,these high-tech enterprises are facing this very serious problem,that is,how to reduce the loss of talent and attract fresh blood injection to promote the development of the enterprise.ND Company is a high-tech chemical industry.In order to adapt to the development of the economy,the company is striving to improve its core competitiveness,but the satisfaction and enthusiasm of knowledge-based employees are generally relatively low.In recent years,the active departure rate of knowledge-based employees is Up to 80%,In order to better encourage knowledge talents,the key lies in the establishment of an effective talent incentive mechanism.This paper first defines the main connotation and characteristics of the knowledge-based staff,then expounds the incentive theory,using the questionnaire and the management staff interviews and other main methods,to analyze the existing incentive mechanism of the company,find out the main problems,and root according to the work environment and Corporate culture,targeted to put forward effective improvement measures and related incentive policies.After a comprehensive analysis,it is believed that,in order to solve the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of ND company,we should start with several aspects:first,different types of knowledge workers in different industries should be distinguished;secondly,the various factors that affect the incentive mechanism should be distinguished;third,in different layers.The response of the employees to the incentive measures is different,so we should establish different incentive measures according to the different levels of knowledge workers.Finally,we should improve the corporate culture,pay attention to the career development plan of the knowledge-based employees,improve the employee's trust in the company,and establish effective performance.The evaluation system makes the employee's work enthusiasm and sense of belonging can be promoted,so as to establish an effective incentive mechanism to promote the development and expansion of the company.
