MS company is a PC (Personal Computer) Personal Computer) software developmentcompany, the knowledge--based employeehas a very high proportion of the total number ofemployees. In the case of salary incentive function limited, how to use the non-salaryincentives to motivate knowledge--based employee is a major problem worthy of studying.This paper analyzes the knowledge--based employee with high skills, characteristics andrequirement of self-realization desire. analyzes the main problems of MS knowledge--basedemployeenon-salary incentive: incentives lack of pertinence and differences, the lack ofknowledge--based employeetraining needed for self development, promotion is slow, lack ofauthorization; No attention to employee career development plan and staff grow; lack ofemotional investment.On the basis of above,This paper give MS company knowledge--based employeeof non-salary incentive countermeasures and the suggestion. Such as: give employees fullauthorization and trust. Set up a professional career design of double track; A flexible worksystem, implement tolerant management, the creation loose work environment;Implementation of the comprehensive salary strategy with the compensation incentive system;Pay attention to the emotional investment for employees; Strengthen personnel training andselection of measures.The paper finally put forward the suggestion to the implementation of the knowledge--based employee of non-salary incentive forMS company, from establishing the fair andtransparent competitive environment; Set up employee career development database;Establish company knowledge--based employee a comprehensive evaluation system; Settingup enterprise culture to ensure the implementation of the non-salary incentive., to rally thepeople with culture, shaping people, achieve common growth.
