The Evolutionary Game Research Of Order Fulfillment Problem About Laying Hens Industry Supply Chain

Since the 1980 s, the size of breeding hens becomes larger and larger. Egg production has accounted for 40% of world production. China has become the largest consumer and producer of eggs. However, China is still small-scale aquaculture breeding hens. For Farmers who are low literacy levels, it is difficult to achieve industrial management layers. Contract farming makes a lot of scattered farmers and enterprises to effectively link and promotes the industrial management of laying hens by improving the degree of market-oriented layers, adjusting layers to guide the industrial structure, increasing farmer income. However, Chinese contract farming compliance rate is less than 30% and development of contract farming is greatly restricted. Therefore, this article build the game model of Order Fulfillment to analyze factors for two sides under the circumstance of bird flu or routine and propose appropriate measures and suggestions. This article not only rich the research ideas, content and methods of orders agricultural industrialization theory, but also can provide practical guidance for improving the rate of egg industry contract orders. The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, this article focuses on summarizing the domestic and international related research about order fulfillment issues or layers of the supply chain, Clearing background, purpose, significance and research ideas, etc., and defining the relevant concepts or theoretical basis. Secondly, from three aspects which are development overview of the egg industry, development characteristics and factors affecting of supply chain laying, this article summarizes and analyzes laying hens. On this basis, taking into account the characteristics of the egg industry, the bounded rationality of game between the two sides and ability to keep on learning, the paper establishes the evolution game about order fulfillment problem of hens supply chain and analyzes the issue of compliance orders under normal circumstances the bird flu case. Finally, based on the theoretical framework of the previous chapter, this article analysis the game of Jiangxi egg industries and proposes appropriate policy recommendations.
