With the rapid development of science and technology, global competition becomes more and more fierce, how to make the corporate stand out in the competition is very important, and internal communication flow can play a crucial role to the corporate long-term development. Our company is deeply influenced by Chinese traditional culture. Paternalistic leadership style maked the corporate under a high power distance culture,that did certain obstacles on the revolution of the corporate and employees’ independent innovation.Under the environment of high power distance, the staff is difficult to express their views,and the communication between superior and subordinate disconnected,the enterprise management environment also becomes low.To improve the communications management status of our company has important significance for improving management ability of the corporate.Conch cement company has 30 years of development history, which has more than 100 subsidiaries, and actively promoting the construction of mergers and acquisitions, and vigorously develop the overseas market. GJ Conch cement is one subsidiary of the group, its mainly aim is to expanding the market in the area of jiangxi province. As the company continues growing and increasing performances, the communication management problem of the corporate is increasingly obvious, poor information feedback problem becomes the current urgent that need to solve.Sorting ever literature and data about the connotation of communication management and the study on the relationship between power distance and communication management, we separate the power distance into two different aspects as function distance and emotional distance,which defined the power distance in and out the workship respectively on function and emotions.And thus makes the communication management questionnaire of the present study. This study make the function distance into two seprate aspects,they are decision-making participation and follow and authorization.The power distance in emotional divided into the work contact, staff care and emotional incentive. And then,we analyses the questionnaire results through theoretical analysis and factor analysis.According to the statistical results of questionnaire, we can find that the corporate belongs to a high power distance culture. Under this kind of cultural environment,the communication and management of the corporate will be adversely affected.On the analysis of the cause of the corporate communication management problems,we put forward some communication management solution and guarantee measures.
