The Antecedents Of Spiritual Leadership

Spiritual leadership is the kind of leadership that in order to bring a positive impact to individual, team and organization. The leaders motivate the staffs internally with their attitude,behavior and values, create a common vision, an altruistic love atmosphere,transfer to the staff hope, faith and selfless love.It is a kind of leadership style to bring positive impact on individual, team and organization.This study is the research of antecedents factors and internal mechanism ofspiritual leadership. It mainly uses the research method of questionnaire survey, selecting examinees randomly from the enterprises and institutions of Zhengzhou,Guangzhou, Shenzhen,Lanzhou, Shangqiu, Kaifeng, and other cities of selected participants were investigated using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, regression analysis, confirmatory factor analysis of the survey data statistics, specific conclusions are as follows:First, leader-member exchange relationship between the leader's moral factor and spiritual leadership moral factor plays an intermediary role.Second, the power distance moderated the relationship between the leader's moral factor and leader-member exchange relationship.Third, power distance may negatively regulate the role of leader-member exchange intermediary relationships.Fourth, the dimensions of spiritual leadership and the presence of significant individual differences in age, education, work experience.Finally, the innovation and the deficiencies noted and subsequent studies need to be addressed in this study and so on.
