With the development of market economy, the market competition becomes increasingly fierce. Enterprises must continuously improve their management philosophy and management mode, reduce the cost, tap the potential, optimize the allocation of resources, enhance the corporate brand effect, keep their market competitiveness and healthy development, to remain invincible in the market competition. The premise of enterprises to pursue profit maximization is that they must ensure their survival and development, the primary condition of ensuring the enterprises to gain market order is to keep the advantage of the product price. The product price is determined by the pricing methods and strategies. Pricing directly influences the profit of enterprises. The internal cost, market competition and the supply and demand are the main factors which affect the product price.This paper focused on how to establish a suitable price system for the enterprise by balancing these internal and external factors.For a long time, the pricing problem is always the major problem that enterprise must face the competition of the products, pricing method and pricing strategy theory system is expounded, combined with the problems existing in the enterprise, this paper put forward the method of manufacture pricing and pricing strategy. Then through the analysis of the resulting data using the new pricing method and strategy, to prove the impact of strategy for a new approach to sales and profits. In this paper, through the study of enterprise pricing methods and strategies, the purpose is to say by a single pricing method and strategy can not solve the problem, it is a combination of a series of methods and strategies. To solve business problems in pricing, enterprises must fix a series of factors affecting price, as different market needs, different economic environment, consumer demand for different enterprises, different cost and so on, flexible formulation of the different pricing methods and strategies,. With the scientific pricing system as support, enterprise can remain invincible in the market competition.Due to my limited knowledge, especially the problems exist in data collection, inevitable shortcomings and omissions in the study of the pricing problem. For example, the problems of pricing strategy on different stages of product life cycle; research on pricing strategy of series production line; study of psychological pricing strategy the psychology of the market demand and so on, there are other methods and strategies in this paper are not thoroughly researched, I am looking forward to further studying.
