With the rapid growth of China’s economy and the accumulation of social wealth, income levels continue to improve, the vehicle sales are growing at the same time, along with the popularization of the awareness of insurance, automobile insurance market growth significantly, expanding business scale auto insurance, insurance premium ratio continued to rise, the degree of market concentration continued to increase, the vigorous development of channel business insurance market main body, increase gradually, the market competition is increasingly fierce. For insurance companies, insurance business has become the key to the success of their business. The auto insurance business, underwriting and claims can be mainly divided into two parts, with the homogenization of competition, the insurance company can provide preferential rates, electronic services channels also constantly improve, now, compensation quality is becoming competitive advantage vehicle new insurance companies, major domestic property insurance companies to innovate the service mode. For claim links, due to the lack of supervision system, etc., often caused great dissatisfaction with the customer. The insurance company itself, all sorts of problems claim links appear, also led to the insured loss rate higher and higher risk of compensation, thus indirectly reduce the revenue impact on the company’s operating efficiency. Settlement service quality is mainly due to the continuous improvement of the claims process, to take the customer demand as the guidance, improve the way of service, strengthen internal management level, gradually adjusting claims process.This paper focuses on the XX property insurance company, insurance claimsservice, using the method of combining theoretical analysis with empirical analysis. First introduces the motor vehicle insurance business and the current insurance claims service theory; secondly, a comprehensive analysis of claims service system of XX insurance company, according to the method of discovering problems and solving problems, one by one analysis report, acceptance of surveying, the collection of documents, claims adjusters, claims the existence of payment claims problems, find out their shortcomings for process flow, such as long cycle, process design, the examination and approval links too single, the lack of risk control; finally, the improvement of insurance claims in the business process, hope to improve the XX insurance company insurance claims efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction of insurance claims, and control the XX insurance company operating risks, reduce insurance payment rate.I hope this study in addition to help the XX insurance company also can promote the insurance claims process of the major insurance companies to adapt to market economy development mode change more, thus contributing to the insurance industry management.
