Due to the continuous improvement of China's economic level,people's demand is increasing,so that China' s mobile industry continues to develop.At the same time,because the scale of motor vehicles is more and more large,frequent motor vehicle accidents,making people's demand for motor vehicle insurance is more and more big.Motor vehicle insurance as a popular kind of insurance,are more and more insurance companies operating,in recent years,with insurance companies a lot of use phone sales channels on the company's insurance business product sales,which makes the competition between the various insurance companies growing.In this case,the enterprise should make the corresponding marketing plan,so as to maximize the benefits.This study to Fuxin branch of Huaan insurance motor vehicle insurance as the research object,in related theories and literatures on the basis of using the interviews and questionnaire survey method,to Fuxin branch of Huaan insurance motor vehicle insurance for research and analysis,found the promotion strategy of a single,lack of effectiveness;claims service level needs to be improved;the low quality of employees;network channels to be expansion.On the basis of the analysis of the macro market conditions,micro company advantages and disadvantages and industry competition situation proposed Huaan insurance Fuxin branch marketing idea innovation and marketing strategy,provide a reference for the development of other small and medium-sized insurance company.
