And at last, combined with the actual situation of small and micro enterprises in Nanchang City has carried on the design of financing mode for small and micro enterprises in Nanchang City and from the aspects of enterprise and government put forward some specific suggestions.The causes of the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises in this paper, through a comprehensive and systematic analysis and solution, reflecting the theory and research method of fully organic combination, thus the research on the problem of financing small and micro enterprises were supplemented and perfected. According to the needs of the specific course of the study, in this paper, the method of combining literature research, descriptive research and normative research and empirical analysis, trying to make a more comprehensive and in-depth analysis and research.
