Industrial tourism as a fusion industry of industrial and tourism,as a new kind of tourism, industrial tourism has many various characteristics, including knowledgeable, dependent educational and so on. It is able to meet the tourists’ high level demands of seeking knowledge, visiting, experiencing and so on. In our country, industrial tourism develops on the primary stage, also has great disparity compared to foreign countries. Also there are less systematic researches on industrial tourism development in our country.Daqing City as a professional oil industry city, after half a century of cultural heritage, creating a rich resource base and cultural tourism development in the oil to form a unique "city enterprise" integration of industrial tourism development model. And the formation of oil extraction, transportation, processing, consumption of main tourism products, both petroleum technology, petroleum industry, urban construction, petroleum oil industry science sightseeing and cultural tourism has become the most important tourism products in Daqing City. But in recent years with the rest of the city tourism product development, competition and changes in market demand, the Daqing oil industry of tourism development and the emergence of market demand for goods and services docking dislocation, product aging, long-term development of the scale of the market malaise, marketing failures and other problems is an urgent need to give attention and resolution.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, including writing background, significance, research review, research methods and technology roadmap. The second part is the industry of tourism basic theory of it, including the concept of industrial tourism, characteristics and guiding theory. The third part is to learn from the successful experience of the tourism industry. The fourth part is Daqing City Industrial tourism development conditions, problems and countermeasures.The fifth part is the market research, including the overall development and market research analysis of Daqing City tourism, leading to the conclusion. The sixth part is the strategic design of Daqing City oil industry and cultural tourism, including product design and marketing design. Seventh part is the conclusion of the article.
