The old city core area of Kashgar is a collection area which uygur nationalfeatures preserved the best, folklor culture preserved the most ancient. Her Nationalculture has incorporated Multi cultural characteristic of Chinese culture, India culture,Persian culture, Arabia culture, Rome culture and ancient Greece followed thebusiness characteristics of Silk Road culture legacied. She is a special value of Uighurgathering area. Based on the analysis of folk culture resources characteristics of thecore area of the old city. We find her important rely on platform of tourismdevelopment-business tourism. And from the perspective of the industry clusterdevelopment, to construct industrial cluster development pattern of business tourismof core areas of old cities.The full text is divided into five chapters:First chapter discusses the important basis of folk tourism resources to developindustrial cluster and the important meaning of construction of industrial clustersdevelopment.The second chapter through the case study of lijiang and Davos to guide thebusiness tourism industrial structure.The third chapter analysis tourism development of the core area from the overall.Analysis shows that the factors of restricting the development of the industrializationis t "medicinal powder"," chaos"," weak"," small".The fourth chapter focuses on the construction of core areas to trade tourismbased on the industry cluster pattern.The fifth chapter is the enlightenment chapter. The author thinks the ancienttown tourism destination development needs to suit her measures and local conditions,she needs to find her tourism development breach.
