A Study On The Fruit Tree Insurance Types In Beijing

Fruit tree insurance is not only an important tool for scattering risk of Fruit industry,but also international practice.It enhances the anti risk ability of the industry, and promotes the rapid development of the agricultural insurance policy. At the same time, the insurance plays an important role in the promotion of fruit industry to implement the policy.This paper aims to study the development mode of fruit insurance and to further study the current fruit insurance model of Beijing.We find the existing problems and put forword our own solutions through our study.Fruit insurance is an necessary measure to improve the management level of fruit production in the world.And it’s also a method for goveronment to support the development of fruit tree industry. Foreign fruit tree insurance has a longer history.There are five main modes:(1) the government leading model;(2) cooperation mode;(3) the national selective support mode;(4) assisted mode;(5) the government monopoly model.It also started in China,and there are several main mode of development:(1) "the government financial subsidies, the auxiliary business operation" mode;(2) the "mutual aid" mode;(3) "coinsurance" mode;(4) "UNITA mode".And all of the above mentioned development mode in China is not mature, it has both advantages and disadvantages.At present, the development of fruit tree insurance has entered a bottleneck. Its development is slow and the payment rate is high.It needs to be imporved.There are the following several models in Beijing now:(1) "the government financial subsidies, the auxiliary business operation" mode;(2) the "mutual aid" mode;(3) "coinsurance" mode. This paper further analyzes the existing problems and advantages Finally we give out our own opinions on optimizing the fruit tree insurance in Beijing.The government should increase the fiscal subsidy, strength publicity and supervision and perfecting the legislation. Insurance companies should promote way innovation, strength professional personnel training and so on. In this way can we promote the better development of fruit tree insurance in Beijing.
