Research Of Purchasing Management In Manufacturing Industry Under Collaborative Mode

The rapidly developing information technology that has been applied widely has brought great challenges to enterprises’survival and competition. If enterprise wants to occupy a certain advantage in the market, it has to strengthen the construction of informatization. Materials management and information-based management all are important parts in the construction of informatization and material purchasing is the source of the whole supply chain, therefore, good procuring management is able to promote enterprise to obtain more profits effectively. Currently, many manufacturing enterprises have established procurement management system. It is the combination of advanced ideas and technology. Every members of this supply chain from supplier to user all can share information and participate in the management of process, procurement management system pull the procuring, producing, distributing and customer serviceing together. It is the only way leads to networked and informationized procurement management. It can not only reduce operating expenses for the enterprise, but also can creat customer value for every members of the supply chain.Firstly, this thesis describe the research status and future development trend of domestic and overseas manufacturing industry’procuring management, introduces theories related to the purching management and scientific concepts and methods applied in the research process. Aim to the problems existing in the procurement business link of X household appliances manufacturing company, through applying advanced idea of collaboration and information technology, form a comprehensive collaborative situation between different enterprises and various departments within the enterprise. Secondly, according to the characteristics of decentralized purchasing existing in enterprise and profits distribution rule in the process of cooperation between the seller and the buyer, through applying linear programming establish a joint replenishment model useing cost and profit of the supply chain as the objective function. Then this thesis discuss different procurement strategies under two kind of conditions:The profit picture under the condition of there is no cooperation between members of the supply chain, supplier offer volume discounts, and there is a joint point existed in the supply chain; The profit picture under the condition of there is cooperation existed in the supply chain, supplier offer volume discounts, and there is a joint point existed in the supply chain,and the profit picture of the whole supply chain. At last, design a collaborative procurement management system using object-oriented approach according to the needs analysis. This system can not only realize the basic information managemnt but also can realize basic services from procurement to return, is able to track and control purchasing logistics and cash flow effectively, help operators to complete basic procurement process.
