Application Of Management By Walking-Around In Security Management Of The County Power Supply Enterprise

The safety production of the electric power enterprise concerns the life safety of the employees, the economic benefits of the enterprise, the healthy development of the social economics and the stable life of the people. The security situation of the electric power industry remains dismal, and the security level of the county power supply enterprise isn’t high with the safety accident always happening. So it is of great research significance to innovating the security management and improving the security management level by introducing the advanced management by walking around.This paper analyzes the research status and theoretical basis of the walking style management and safety management. The safety management of county power supply enterprise is modeled based on the AHP, and the important factors are screened out by factor weight calculation including the safety target, the visible management commitment, communication, safety policy, professional security personnel, auditing, training; The security management questionnaire in county level power supply enterprises is designed and the result is analyzed by using SPSS. The main problems of safety management in county power supply enterprises are summarized:little contact between enterprise administrator and workers, unreasonable safety target and low recognition degree of the employee to the form of safety supervision; We conclude that communication, auditing, and security target are important to five other factors after discussing the correlation between the main influencing factors.Based on the theory of management by walking around in the safety management, the problems of safety vision, organizational behavior, safety examination and system construction are analyzed, and the improvement suggestions and specific measures of concrete are proposed. The vision and the short-term safety target of the county power supply enterprise are improved. The control mode of leadership failure and two grade inspection violation for walking-around management is established.
