With the progress of the society and the development of economy,the status of electric energy in people's daily life is becoming more and more important,and the application is more and more widely.In recent years,Beijing successfully held a series of major events,the common feature of these major events is social influence,and a high degree of concern.There are a grand scale of the opening ceremony,broadcast live on television and an important leadership speech.There is a high demand for the security of power supply.With environment change and pressure increasing,the power supply company are facing diversified and complex problems.These seemingly "temporary" task has become the biggest challenge to the power supply company.In this paper,according to the actual situation of the APEC power supply guarantee work of Chaoyang power supply company and the experience of working in the political power supply security work,this paper studies the risk control system of power supply security by applying the theory of risk management.First of all,the paper describes the background and significance of the research,summarizes the research status and development of the project risk management theory in China and overseas.Then,this paper describes the characteristics of the power supply security work,on the basis of the analysis of the concept of project risk management,to lay the theoretical foundation for the article.Thirdly,this paper introduces the related situation of APEC power supply guarantee work of Chaoyang company,and uses the concrete risk identification method to identify and analyze the project risk factors.Then,this paper constructs the project risk assessment model,using the analytic hierarchy process with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the main risk factors and the overall risk level of the project.Finally,according to the result of risk evaluation,the project risk control system is established,and the project risk is controlled within acceptable level.The APEC power supply security work of scientific risk management,establish the internal risk control system,not only help improve the power supply power supply company APEC ensure the quality of the work,also can reflect the overall situation of pushing other security projects.Therefore,it is of theoretical significance and application value to study and establish the risk control system of APEC power supply guarantee project.
