Research On Economic Activity Analysis On Power Supply Company In Smart Grid Framework

The emergence of smart grid brings a certain impact to the traditional power grid, and also puts forward new requirements on the power supply enterprise management, and power companies are also facing new problems and challenges. Therefore, in the context of the smart grid, how to conduct economic activity analysis of power companies has become an important issue.Firstly, we analyze the concept and the development prospects of the smart grid, and on this basis, we put forward the concept of economic activity of power companies under the Smart Grid Framework. Then the general theory of the enterprise economic activity has been overview briefly, mainly including the concept, analysis processes and methods of enterprise economic activity. Based on these analyses above, according to the characteristics of the power supply enterprise with products and services, as well as its basic role in the national economy development, etc, we analyze the particularity of enterprise economic activity, then the concept and requirements of enterprise economic activity under the smart grid has been put forward, and the electric power enterprises should adjust their economic activity accordingly in order to meet the challenge of smart grid. Then we analyze the main models of corporate economic activity analysis, and build the corresponding indicator systems of power supply enterprises according to their own characteristics, and the cost of power supply enterprise, marketing and income profits, asset status of human resources situation analysis, grid operation and safety in production and business investment financing analysis, etc, thus the analysis in this article will focus on the three indicators:electricity sales, electricity price and the profit. And then analyze the main model of enterprise economic activity analysis and the advantages and disadvantages of every model. Finally, we take a subsidiary(A company) of China Southern Power Grid power supply enterprise for example, from the sale of electricity, the average unit price of the sale of electricity and sale of electricity in terms of profits, to give an empirical analysis of economic activity.I hope this research can provide a useful reference for economic activities of other power supply enterprises.
