Research On Vegetable Quality And Safety Control Based On Agricultural Super-docking In Urumqi

In recent years, the quality and safety of agricultural products has become a hot issue of social concern, the quality of life of the people and the competitiveness of agricultural products can’t be guaranteed, so we must start from the solution of the quality and safety of agricultural products Because of the quality and safety of agricultural products is related to the "from farm to table" the whole process of the supply chain.it is difficult to master all aspects of the quality control problems, and lacking of a stable supply chain of agricultural products, so the quality of agricultural products is complex. in 2008, the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of agriculture developed the fresh agricultural products "supermarket + base", guided the large supermarkets and farmer specialized cooperatives of agricultural production and marketing docking.The paper took Agricultural Super-Docking in Urumqi as a starting point, investigated and analyzed the vegetable circulation patterns, channels, and quality and safety. In the existing methods, we analysed the Urumqi vegetables on quality and safety firstly. Then we surveyed the cognitive status about quality control, three typical farmer cooperatives and supermarkets of Urumqi growers. Then we achieved the status and results of vegetables in Farm on quality and safety control. Agricultural Super-Docking could initially achieve safety trace, improving the competitiveness of the supermarket. According to the current situation, we draw the main problems and causes which existed in the quality and safety control, including all the main docking inadequate quality testing capabilities. And we draw a conclusion that a low level of supervision and trace ability system was imperfect. Secondly, aiming at the problems, we analyzed the Urumqi quality inspection equipment, mismanagement of inputs, inadequate laws,regulations and other factors. For the question posed ahead, we made pointed comments and suggestions, constructed the quasi-vegetable origin out and market access system actively, improved the vegetable quality and safety testing standards and government body for the docking of farmers, cooperatives and supermarkets of policy support. Finally, we summarized the whole contents. Because Agricultural Super-Docking in Urumqi still is in its initial stage of development, the study spaces is still relatively large.
