Research On The Evolutionary Game Of Quality Control Of Agricultural Supermarket Docking Supply Chain Under Government Intervention

Under the guidance of the national policy of "rural revitalization and quality agriculture",as a new development mode of agricultural supply chain,"agricultural-supermarket connection supply chain" is a new discovery of exploring the road of sustainable agricultural development in China,and a new business operation mode of "supply" and "sales" of agricultural products is rebuilt.This innovative model can connect more upstream and downstream partners in the process of agricultural products from "field to table",forming an innovative zero-supply cooperation relationship for agricultural products.The quality control of the agro-super connection supply chain is related to the well-being of people’s livelihood and the ruling foundation of the Party.It is also closely related to the stability and sustainability of agricultural and rural development,the sense of happiness and gain of people’s life,and the order degree of social stability and tranquility.It is imperative to make the specialized agricultural cooperatives and large supermarket chains adopt reasonable dynamic game strategies under different circumstances and jointly realize the multi-subject symbiosis and win-win pattern in the quality control process of the agro-super chain under the government intervention.Based on the above background and realistic demands,the main work of this paper is as follows,on the basis of drawing lessons from and referring to the relevant studies of predecessors.Firstly,the background of the question proposed in this research,as well as the research purpose and significance of the topic selection of this paper are given.Secondly,it puts forward and defines the concept of agri-super Docking Supply Chain,analyzes and summarizes the quality and safety management and control of agri-super Docking Supply Chain from two aspects of basic interpretation and research scope definition respectively,and briefly summarizes the three supporting theories of total quality management theory,supply chain management theory and evolutionary game theory.Then analyzes the risk factors,main contents and operation process of the quality and safety management and control of the agro-super docking supply chain,and points out that the quality control of the agro-super docking supply chain is not only a livelihood issue,but also an economic and social issue.Then face the farmers and the main content of the quality and safety of supply chain management and control,refer to the farmers and quality safety management and control of the supply chain operation process,etc,focus on the government to intervene on farmers and the supply chain of agricultural professional cooperatives groups,large supermarket chains and government regulators group to study the three parties involved in the main body,A tripartite evolutionary game model for quality and safety management and control of the agro-supermarket connection supply chain under government intervention is constructed.Finally,based on the MATLAB software tool,the paper explores and verifies the influence of multiple participating factors on the results of the three-dimensional dynamic system evolutionary game constructed by the agricultural professional cooperatives,large supermarket chains and government regulatory departments through numerical simulation,and gives the corresponding research inspiration and policy thinking.This research paper strives to combine normative theoretical analysis with pragmatic practical thinking,creatively introduces the main body of government supervision department,and focuses on the evolutionary game research on the quality and safety management and control of the agro-supermarket connection supply chain under government intervention.It is expected to deeply reveal the root causes of the quality and safety management and control problems of agricultural products in the "agro-supermarket docking supply chain" suitable for the Chinese context,and the research results also provide certain theoretical support for the effective solution of the quality and safety management and control problems of the agro-supermarket docking supply chain in the Chinese context.
