First of all, the author analyzes the securitized assets structure and characteristics of power generation enterprises, and the power generation enterprise asset securitization mainly divided into two categories, operational assets securitization and financial assets securitization, because of the financial asset securitization work similar to the securitization of credit assets, and its securitized assets value assessment has formed relatively perfect method system, so this article mainly discusses the operational assets securitization of value assessment method. Secondly, the author analyzes the uniqueness of securitized assets value assessment of the power generation enterprises, and analyses the applicability of the three kinds of commonly used method in the power generation enterprises securitization asset, and puts forward the value evaluation method in power generation enterprise asset securitization of the overall design train of thought. Finally, the author designs how to operate the incomemethod and cost method in the application of the power generation enterprise asset securitization, and introduces Monte carol simulation method to analyze the uncertainty of parameters in income method, and gets interval value of assessment results; In addition, this article also puts forward the process of cost method using the subsystem for estimation and determination of the reset full system into new rate to improve the scientific and the rationality of the evaluation results were securitized assets value by combining with systemic securities assets and set of strong characteristics, according to the specific operation of the two methods to simulate cases, to improve methods of evaluation of power generation enterprise asset securitization, and provides reference to improve the scientific and rationality, and to assess the value of asset securitization in other industries.
