In this paper, the details of the post project evaluation on engineering construction are infered. And the thermal power generation project Tong Li Electric Power Company is regards as a case."With and without comparsion method"and"the logframe approach"the evaluation, a more systematic approach is applied in this paper. The implementation, operation, the benefits of projectsand the benefits'influence of Power construction projects are analyzed by postevaluation. The problems and experience of the details mentioned above are summarized and probed systemticly. The last, the conclusions are given elaborately.
