The Research Of County Economic Differences In Shijiazhuang City And Its Surrounding Counties

As the basic unit of the national economy, county economy is the foundation of construct the economic zone, provinces, cities and so on for regional economy.County economic differences are the common phenomenon in the process of economic development, they will influence the development of regional economy.Appropriate county economic differences for the development of local economy has a positive effect, while too large county economy differences will also hinder local economic development.In this paper, taking Shijiazhuang city and its surrounding counties of 29 counties as the research unit, using the comprehensive analysis method and the single index analysis method qualitative and quantitative analyzed the Shijiazhuang city and its surrounding counties economic differences characteristics. Mainly divided into five parts:First, comprehensive evaluation index system is established, using principal component analysis method, for each county has carried on the comprehensive analysis of the differences of county economy. Analysis shows that the counties that around Shijiazhuang has strong economic strength and the economic develops rapidly.Second, taking the single index analysis, using the per capita GDP from 1993 to2012 analyzed the temporal evolution characteristics of the the county economic differences of Shijiazhuang city and its surrounding counties. Analysis shows that the absolute differences county economy in expanding step by step, the relative differences of county economy in a shrinking trend overall.Third, taking a single index analysis method, analyzed the differences of spatial evolution characteristics in Shijiazhuang city and its surrounding counties. Analysis shows that increased and then weakened spatial autocorrelation of county economy,the surrounding four counties of Shijiazhuang are the economic hot spots, mainly counties of northern area are the cold spots. Meanwhile, the economic hot spots decreased and cold spots increased.Fourth, taking single index analysis method analyzes the spatial evolution characteristics of economic growth of Shijiazhuang city and its surrounding counties.Analysis shows that the hot spot area mainly concentrated in Shijiazhuang city, cold spot area mainly concentrated in the northern mountains. Hot spots firstly reduced and then increased, the process from Shijiazhuang city to extend constantly.Fifth, analyzing the factors that affecting county economic differences and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
