With China’s rapid urbanization, taking the original amount of agricultural land for non-agricultural construction of gradually increasing the number of landless peasants is growing. Because of our existing policies and institutional inadequacies of landless peasants while on the verge of farmers and the public to leave the land, but can not enjoy the same treatment and urban citizens, their life and employment facing many difficulties. The most fundamental measure to solve the problem of landless peasants is reemployed. Research landless peasants Reemployment can fully reveal their root causes, to address prevailing issues new direction, not only to speed the urbanization process in China, more related to social harmony and stability, but also to prevent the poor appear rich differentiation.First, the paper describes the status of the study mainly landless peasants re-employment at home and abroad, to clarify the understanding of the process of urbanization of landless peasants re-employment concepts and theories as a basis for thesis research. Secondly, the paper G town as the research object, through field visits, research, etc. on individual re-employment status of a survey, a detailed analysis of the re-employment status and factors influencing the development of G town plight and landless peasants. Again, the paper from the policy, farmers, government three different angles on the factors affecting the re-employment of landless peasants carried out a detailed analysis to identify the subjective and objective factors where the re-employment of landless peasants.
