With the development of internet technology, Internet operators attach more importance to IDC industry. Currently, IDC operators are faced with many unfavorable conditions, such as limited resources, asymmetric market and extremely disadvantageous competitive environment, etc. How to take effective marketing strategies to solve their new business survival and development is of great significance. This paper which is divided into five chapters, discusses and analyzes the marketing strategies of Zhongguancun Software Park IDC in current marketing environment.The first chapter introduces the company profile, the background, the purpose and the research methods.The second chapter analyzes the present situation of Zhongguancun Software Park IDC, raises the existing problems in the development.The third chapter briefly introduces the IDC industry, and makes a detailed analysis from the user type, carrier type, competition and other aspects.The forth chapter uses SWOT analysis to discuss the operation of Zhongguancun Software Park IDC, analyzes its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in today’s IDC market environment.According to the above analysis of marketing strategies, The fifth chapter gives some advice, including target customers, use 6P marketing theory to choose marketing strategies, determine the development and expansion of new business, establish service system.This paper aims to analyze the operation status of Zhongguancun Software Park IDC, combined with today’s fierce competition and potential competitors’ invasion, searches for effective marketing strategies of the Zhongguancun Software Park IDC.
