Xi’an Mobile Communication Network Service Quality Evaluation

With the development of economic progress and of the times, the service sector plays an increasingly important role in people’s daily lives, including mobile communications services in recent years for its high-speed and convenient features explosive growth, its service model from the beginning of passive acceptance gradually transformed into active choice in people’s lives every day more important role actor.The service industry in progress day by day, people on the quality of service requirements of service industry also day by day increase, how to improve their quality of service, in the fierce competition in the environment is a problem of current communication industry faces to improve their service level.In this paper, Xi’an mobile operators, for example, based on the current status of Xi’an mobile service system, combined with relevant researches, lack of Xi’an proposed mobile service system currently exists to give practical countermeasures.The main research methods used in this paper are case study, questionnaire and literature review, and consulting related experts to determine the score, calculated the weight of each index by AHP, constructed the service quality of Xi’an mobile service network evaluation system, through all aspects of evaluation of Xi’an mobile network service quality analysis, and find problems existing in Xi’an mobile network quality of service and put forward some suggestions for improvement, have practical applications.
