The Airport Competitiveness Evaluation Based On Entropy And Clustering

Since the reform and opening, China’s aviation industry has made significant development, and Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou gradually become as the center, major cities’airports is the backbone.And other regional cities coordinated,but there are still many problems.The fundamental reason is the lack of airport industry competitive enough, so to enhance the competitiveness of the airport is the most important.This article constructed regional differences coefficient conversion model utilizing Tospis function in terms of both the regional economic environment, level of education, and the level of local transport development,In order to eliminate the effects of urban areas factors on the airport competitive.the infrastructure, operation, management ability, technical conditions, and airport operating capacity constitute internal influencing factors of the airport itself development capacity. using principal component-Entropymodel quantitative analysis 45 airports competitive.Finally,cluster method qualitative analysis the competitiveness of airports,and the empirical results of the main ingredient Entropy Model,and study the Competitiveness Factors of various types of airport.The results show that:(1) the entropy law and the main ingredient, not only to overcome the index weight too concentrated brought by alone using principal component analysis, so that the weight of index 15 get dispersed to obtain a relatively reasonable weight,and Entropy can compensate for the lack of principal component analysis indicator variable information,But also overcome the subjective bias of subjective evaluation method caused due to human empowerment.(2) The results of cluster analysis and principal component entropy comprehensive evaluation is basically the same,which can verify the reasonableness of principal component Entropy Model,and can study the factors airport competitiveness.(3) Airport infrastructure, airport operations management, and technical innovation investment is the important reasons affecting airports uncompetitive, so then should strengthen their own airport construction and operation management, strengthen scientific and technological innovation airports, enhance the airport infrastructure, increase the technical staff and software investment, and strengthen the airport intelligence, information.which is an important way to enhance the competitiveness of airports. In addition, the layout of the airport should be combined with the geographic region and the level of regional economic development, making them into the general planning of the city. Finally, the government should take effective measures to enable the airport to achieve sustainable development.
