Business continuity management is directly related to the international competitiveness of China’s banking industry, it has far-reaching implications for the industry long-term, sustainable and healthy development. Information system backup and disaster recovery is an important part of business continuity management. Evaluation information system disaster recovery capabilities have many indicators, the most important indicator is a quantitative recovery time objectives(RTO). This project studies Anshan Bank, after analyzing the existing emergency plan, puts forward RTO and optimal path of the parallel and non-parallel business. First completed the construction of off-site disaster recovery system based on continuous data protection(CDP) and virtualization technology covers core business, data warehousing systems, including credit management system. Delphi method obtained by the 67 cases(54 combined) weight, time and work to restore order, such as correlation analysis, business case for the non-parallel, has been taking business recovery time and the weight of the generalized RTO matrix, established to solve the generalized traveling salesman RTO(TSP) model and ant colony algorithm to solve. The results quantitatively gives the best recovery path and time(the result of the combined business for 2490 minutes) of all Anshan bank business mergers before and after. For the parallel business, this project carried out only consider restoring order to build the optimal sub-tree structure. Firstly proposed the algorithm of building the construction of optimal sub-tree structure based on the optimal reverse order(OSTS), by calculating the combined business operations of the system, get all the systems according to the preamble to maintain order after the relationship boundaries under the same circumstances maximum recovery time of 330 minutes. Due to the parallel situation OSTS algorithm takes into account the business system, and therefore the results obtained RTO is much smaller than solving TSP model more realistic. Finally, this project proposes Anshan bank’s existing emergency plan improvements.
