The Research Of Chinese Government’s Fiscal Responsibility On Pension Insurance

As the social security system in China continues to develop and improve, the social security pension system which become the touchstone of the social security system. Our pension insurance system shows a diversified development trend to adapt to China’s own characteristics. The basic pension insurance、supplementary pension insurance companies and individual pension savings-type insurance have been important pillars of the pension insurance.From the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees to public officials and then to the new rural pension insurance, the scope of China’s basic old-age insurance system security covers almost all the population.The forms of government needed to take the responsibility are various.the government’s responsibility to the social security is the fiscal responsibility.To solve financial problems is the fundamental problem to protect the interests of primary endowment insurance.In this article,expounding the necessity of government intervention in the social security and bear corresponding responsibility and inevitability from the perspective of finance and economics analysis.And further study of the mode and mechanism Chinese government project to take the responsibility,analysis the fundamental problems in the process of responsibility and share more suitable way for the current endowment insurance system development.
