Since accession to the WTO organization, our country’s momentum of economic development is very rapid. And the hairdressing as an emerging industry also has the rapid development. In recent years, hairdressing industry has gradually become one of leading in the tertiary industry. The number of hairdressing’s employment also ahead of many other industries. Hairdressing, therefore, got the attention of many scholars in management, at the same time, more and more hairdressing regimen also recognize the use of human resources management knowledge to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises.The article will focus on hairdressing’s staff to carry out the research, using literature reading method and empirical study to explore the relationship of hairdressing industry employees’ job burnout, affective,commitment and task performance. After data analysis for 191 hairdressing’s staff in Henan province, we get the following conclusions:(1) Hairdressing’s staffs have job burnout.(2) Hairdressing staffs’ job burnout situation has differences on the different position.(3) Hairdressing staff’s job burnout has the negative correlation with job performance and affective commitment, affective commitment as the partial intermediary role between job burnout and task performance.
