In recent years, with the rapid development of joint-stock enterprises in China, the operating mechanism and constantly improve equity, equity incentive mechanism, the development of enterprises and improve employee enthusiasm has played a huge role in promoting. The concept of this study from the equity incentive to start, the implementation mode by means of equity incentive mechanism, taking XL steel group company equity incentive mechanism for the analysis of examples, explores the equity incentive of mixed ownership reform of the state-owned enterprises to promote the role of state-owned enterprises, analyzes the impact of equity incentive implementation of the existence of the policy, law, enterprise management, cost, ideas and other issues, but also analyzes the state-owned enterprise of our country mixed ownership reform situation and resistance, summarizes the full play of the equity incentive of the state-owned enterprise reform to promote the role of mixed ownership. In the first chapter explores the principle and implementing equity incentive concepts, including determination of the scheme and principle of the related theory, equity incentive stock option incentive, equity incentive mechanism of the formulation of the principle of formulating and equity incentive mechanism; the second chapter in XL Steel Group Company as an example, analyzes the present situation of our country. The implementation of equity incentive of state owned enterprises and the implementation of the situation, also finds out the existing state-owned enterprise to implement equity incentive mechanism problems and solutions; the third chapter analyzes the impact of the implementation of equity incentive of state owned enterprises is the main problem, analyzed from the policy, legal, cost, employee, and idea problems; the fourth chapter has analyzed our country state-owned enterprise mixed the ownership reform of state-owned enterprises and the resistance from the present situation, the mixed ownership status quo, emphatically analyzes the resistance comes from the national policy, the enterprise interior and enterprise staff itself; the fifth chapter explores the equity incentive for state-owned enterprises play the promoting effect of mixed ownership reform. Conclusion to find out the shortcomings of this study and the future of state-owned enterprises reform and discussed the mixed ownership.
